When will I receive my order?

Shipping Information

  1. Orders are processed within 24-72 business hours.
  2. Orders received after 5PM EST will start processing the following business day.
  3. In an effort to prevent any weekend delays, shipments are made Monday-Wednesday.
  4. UPS is our current preferred shipping provider. We were experiencing increased shipping delays with USPS.
  5. If ordering fruit infused gels we recommend all out of state customers choose UPS Next Day shipping. UPS Ground will be the least expensive option, however depending on location it may take approximately 2-5 business days to receive your order due to the current pandemic. During the summer months this will cause spoilage. Please make your selection with this in mind, as we are not responsible for damage due to incorrect shipping selection.

Suspension of Service Guarantee
Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, we have suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination. For all U.S. origin shipments, the Service Guarantee suspension became effective as of March 24, 2020.

As the effects of the Coronavirus impact our infrastructure, we will continue to seek guidance from local, state, and national government entities to ensure that we fully align with their regulations. We are committed to continue operating globally except where constrained by government restrictions. 

Changes to Commitment Times
Delivery times for UPS Next Day Air Saver® and UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.® services scheduled for delivery on or after March 30, 2020 will be extended to end-of-day until further notice. In addition, the UPS Service Guarantee continues to be suspended for all shipments until further notice.

Delivery and Pick Up Information

Our shipping section offers both a drop off and pick up option.

  1. If you are in the local Atlanta Metro area we do offer a delivery option during checkout.
  2. Delivery must be within a 15 mile radius of zip code 30349.

3. Deliveries are done Thursday-Sunday with limited availability, please remember orders are processed within 24-72 business hours. You will be notified by text via the phone number provided when your order is in the process of being delivered.

4.  Please be advised there are charges associated with delivery which are subject to change.

5. Pick ups are available 7 days a week. You will be contacted by text via the telephone number provided with pick up location and time availability. We do not have a physical location at this time.
