Sea Moss Gel Tips
How Do I Take It?
There are countless ways to take sea moss. The most practical and easiest way is by spoon . In the beginning, a minimum of two tablespoons is suggested. More can be taken without harm, I personally take 4-5 depending on how I am physically feeling. Take a spoonful anytime you are experiencing any stomach issues, ie. nausea, upset stomach, indigestion, or heartburn. It blends well with herbal teas, smoothies, soups, salad dressing, and more. A small amount of sea moss also works as a great facial mask. Simply wash your face regularly, apply a thin layer of sea moss to your face, allow to completely dry, use cool water, and a facecloth to remove, and moisturize regularly.
How Long Does It Last?
Once you receive your sea moss, please keep refrigerated. Plain and cinnamon flavored will stay fresh for up to 4 weeks, you can also freeze. Fresh fruit and veggie infused gels will remain fresh fro 7-10 days. If your sea moss was shipped, you will notice it's firmness increase once you refrigerate. Some users transfer their sea moss to ice trays, as a convenient way to add to their smoothies. Please make sure not to double dip your spoon in your product, it will cause spoilage.
What Should I Expect?
Due to sea moss's ability to remove mucus from the body, you may briefly experience a runny nose or notice you cough up more phlegm than usual. This does not last BUT if you eat a lot of mucus forming foods you'll notice it more often. It aides in your digestion which may cause you to have increased bowel movements. If taken consistently due to its trace mineral content being 92, you may feel like you have more energy. No two of us are the same, depending on what deficiencies you have will ultimately reveal your benefits!
